The General Building Permit Application is required for all construction projects other than new construction. For new home construction please use the Wisconsin Uniform Building Permit Application.

Please complete the entire application and sign the last page. Download and email this form to Dave Geraths of General Engineering:  dgeraths@generalengineering.net and copy the Town Clerk: clerk@sumner-jc-wi.gov.

The building inspector will notify you of application and permit fees due. Application and Permit fees are required to be paid in full before a permit will be issued.
