Ordinance 2021-0713 Repealing Designation of Class B Highways and Overweight Permits and Fees has been posted to the website.
Per the ordinance passed by the Town Board at the July 13th regular Town Board meeting, the Town of Sumner no longer requires an overweight permit for trucks over the 24 ton weight limit to travel town roads.
