NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
The Town of Sumner, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, received a petition from the Consolidated Koshkonong Sanitary District on behalf of BKTK PROPERTIES LLC to annex additional territory to Koshkonong Sanitary District No. 4. A public hearing will be held on November 8th at 5:45pm at the Sumner Town Hall located at N1525 Church Street, Edgerton, WI 53534. The property proposed for annexation is legally described as PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 AND PART OF THE GOVERNMENT LOTS 3, 4, AND 5 OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 19.T.5N., A.13E., OF THE 4TH P.M., TOWN OF SUMNER, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WISCONSIN. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at an aluminum monument at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section; thence S56°18'52"E 2714.80 feet to the NW Corner of Lot 2 of CSM No. 6110. also being at the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence N10°32'48"E along the East Line of Olson Road, 283.10 feet to an iron pin at the SW Corner of Lot 3 of CSM No. ____; thence S89°44'28"E 542.88 feet to the SE Corner of said Lot 3; thence S0°24'00"E along the East Line of a parcel described on Doc. No. 1405466, a distance of 333.89 feet to an iron pin at the NE Corner of Lot 2 of CSM No. 5961; thence N84°27'00"W 599.83 feet to the place of beginning.
